Real-time safety command,
built for festivals

Festival Radar Pro is a startup from Leuven, Belgium. We build real-time incident management software that helps security and medical teams coordinate across an entire festival — from the control room to the field — so they can respond faster and keep crowds safe.

The product was born out of real event production experience. We saw how much coordination still happened over radio and paper, and we knew modern teams deserved a calmer, faster, shared picture of what is happening on site. So we built one.

Two founders, one mission

Festival Radar Pro is led by its two co-founders, who bring together product craft and engineering depth.

Hans Dreesen

Co-Founder & CEO

Hans invented Festival Radar Pro after years on the ground in event production. With a background in front-end development and deep experience in UX design, product ownership, and product management, he shapes the product vision and obsesses over how it feels to use in the field.

Max Mayorov

Co-Founder & CTO

Max leads the technical architecture behind Festival Radar Pro. A senior programmer focused on reliability, real-time systems, and engineering best practices, he makes sure the platform stays fast and dependable when it matters most — during a live event.

How we build

Safety first

Every decision starts with one question: does this help teams keep people safe? Festival safety is not a feature — it is the whole point.

Built in the field

Our roadmap comes from real control rooms and real field staff. We build alongside the people who use the product during live events.

Calm under pressure

When an incident unfolds, the tools have to be fast, clear, and reliable. We design for the worst moment, not the demo.
